New Job, New Aches.

Yup, I’m once again back in the working class of Edmontonian’s; thank goodness I’m not a pimp or a dumb-ass drug head.

I got myself a job over at the Mark’s Work Wear House right by my place. If you don’t know what MWWH is, it’s basically a clothing store, except most of the clothes are for the working class or industrial wear for oil rigs or the like. Many people would think working in a clothing store would be easy, right?

WRONG. For 90% of the shift, I’m on my feet running around for the most part, and since my legs are fucked up, it means by the first or second hour, I’m in serious pains. But this is why I’m a tough, level 23 dude. I made a RPG joke, so sue me. Not only am I level 23, I’m also a angry ass-hole, so having to often talk/help customer’s contrasts with me rather violently, but if it’s part of the job, be damned if I don’t deal with it. I’m making $10.50 an hour, which will go up depending on how long I work there. It’ll do; in two months from now, we’ll be moving to another location in the city, somewhere around the St. Albert area, which hopefully won’t be as ghetto, will have more places of employment, and, let’s not forget, less idiotic kids to be used for sniping target practice. Two months of difficult work and dealing with often smelly oil rig worker’s. Woo-Hoo! Hillbilly’s!

Christ. For now, I’m gonna stop typing and go get to work churning out more LP episodes, even though Audacity is a temperamental bitch. And again, only three of you all care.

Mother 3 – It’s Working!!

Fucking amazing.

Excuse the swear, but I finally have gotten Mother 3 up and running on my computer! It was quite simple, actually; finding the patch was no problem, but getting a hold of the ROM was a different bloody story… That was a search that could easily compare to the holy grail. But at long last, it’s up and running, and already on Chapter 3 in it. The game is amazing. I came; three times already.

Oh, and I’m NOT giving out the ROM no matter what. I like staying out of jail, thanks. Finding the patch is easy as hell if you go on Google, but besides that, you guys are on your own. =P

I got hired to a new voice-acting job!

Well, didn’t expect this to happen.

So Ido, this guy I know off MSN is also a game developer on Newgrounds, and according to him, fairly well known too. (*Cough Cough* Ego. *Cough Cough*) Seems he’s doing a new game, it being a RTS in a semi-futuristic setting involving humans, and a more ‘evil’ type of being called Hybrid’s. This is what I got based off the story-file he sent me. He had me record four different voices; One being the lead character, and three other support character’s. Turns out he really liked all the demo’s, even though my voice-acting skills = Downright shit. By the sounds of things, I may NOT be voicing all four, but I am hired onto the production team regardless. A demo will be released sometime at the end of November(?), so it’ll be interesting.

But here’s the kicker; This game might be put up for sale, which means there’ll be payments… So everyone on the team will be getting paid for their work. Guy’s; I might be getting paid for this. As I insert a high-pitched girlish squeal here, this could open up some door’s for me. Huzzah! And yes, I am pretty much open for any jobs anyone has to offer; I have a decent array of voices at my disposal, so if you want so VA done, send me a message on Youtube and I’ll read it over. Hell, even if it’s some two-bit 10 second video of some flower dancing around with a giant broom, I’ll do it. I’m not in it for the fame; Rather, I just want to get my name out there. Sounds the same, but it’s not if you think about it.

So with me hired to the production team, it’ll be interesting to see where I get in this… And hopefully some monies. Tee-hee. <3

That’s right folks, I’ve started up my own blogging sight here on WordPress since I realized that slowly, ever so slowly, I’m gaining ‘popularity’, and I thought that some of you might be curious as to what I’m doing when I’m NOT recording video’s or writing scripts, or planning, or whatever. This site will give you guys insight as to what’s on my mind, what I have in the works, and anything else I can spit out mentally. So, whether you want to read a rant, catch up on my progress, or just see what’s going on in my world, read on!
